At Art On Wheels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wearable art. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once it arrives at our studio.
